Project Overview
I developed a multi-channel internal communications campaign to educate all employees at Drogaria Araujo about Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — equivalent to Europe's GDPR). The campaign used a custom visual identity and mascot ('Jo') to make data protection accessible and relatable, spanning digital and physical touchpoints across hundreds of pharmacy locations.
Key Results
- Designed desktop wallpapers, A3 and A4 posters with pop-culture hooks to grab attention
- Created separate email campaigns for leadership and general staff
- Built a dedicated intranet portal (protecaodedados) for ongoing compliance resources
- Developed physical desk tags and drawer reminders about data stored in workspaces
- Established a dedicated privacy email channel (privacidade@araujo.com.br)
- Translated complex legal requirements into engaging, accessible employee communications
