Aberje Award-winning D&I programme for Brazil's largest car rental company
I led the communications strategy for Localiza's Diversity & Inclusion Programme, launched in 2020. Working with Rede Comunicacao, I developed the visual identity, multi-channel campaigns, and content across LinkedIn, podcasts, email, and internal events. The programme established 5 affinity groups (Gender Equity, LGBTI+, Migrants & Refugees, People with Disabilities, and Race) and a 41-action plan. This case was submitted for the prestigious Aberje Award in the D&I category.
